Proposed Modifications to the Fiscal Year 2016-17 Funding Plan - Released September 22, 2016

On August 31, 2016, the Legislature appropriated $363 million to CARB for Low Carbon Transportation projects and provided direction on how these funds. The Legislature also approved an associated budget trailer bill which directs CARB to makes changes to the Clean Vehicle Rebate Project. Staff is proposing modifications to the Fiscal Year 2016-17 Funding Plan to address the smaller budget appropriation and additional direction from the Legislature. These changes are fully described in the meeting notice.
