The Office of Administrative Law (OAL) issued a Notice of Disapproval of Regulatory Action on February 18, 2025. As explained in the market notice updated on February 26, 2025, CARB may rewrite and resubmit the amendments to OAL within 120 days of its receipt of OAL’s written decision.
