2019 Amendments to the LCFS

Amendments to the LCFS were approved by the Office of Administrative Law on May 27, 2020. The amendments became effective on July 1, 2020.

Re-adoption of the LCFS was approved by the Office of Administrative Law on November 16, 2015. The re-adoption became effective on January 1, 2016.

2009 Low Carbon Fuel Standard Regulation

The Low Carbon Fuel Standard regulation was approved by the Office of Administrative Law on April 15, 2010. The regulation became effective on April 15, 2010. Implementation of the regulation began on January 1, 2011.
