Training has been an essential part of CARB’s mission to improve air quality and protect public health for many years. CARB provides training on a variety of air pollution-related topics to help achieve compliance with applicable air pollution regulations and programs. For decades, CARB has offered training to local air districts to ensure their staff have the necessary knowledge and skills to enforce stationary source regulations. CARB staff have also provided training to regulated entities to improve their understanding and compliance with local, State, and Federal regulations.
