The CITSS Registrants Report lists the entities that have registered in the Compliance Instrument Tracking System Service (CITSS) and have active accounts. The reports contain entities registered in CITSS pursuant to California’s Cap-and-Trade Regulation and do not include entities registered in a linked jurisdiction’s program.

The reports are updated quarterly.

California’s Cap-and-Trade Program is currently linked with the Cap-and-Trade System of Québec. Entities registered with the Québec Ministère de l'Environnement et de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs are available at this website: Emitters and Participants Registered for the Cap-and-Trade System in Québec and in other Linked Jurisdictions. Applicants and registered entities may use the separate California and Québec reports to help determine if there are disclosable corporate associations.
