SACRAMENTO – As California continues to lead the nation in spurring electric vehicle (EV) adoption, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) is making more clean vehicle rebates available for lower-income consumers.
SACRAMENTO – Today CARB Executive Officer Richard W. Corey announced the appointment of Deldi Reyes as the new Director of the Office of Community Air Protection (DOCAP). Reyes will oversee all activities related to CARB’s implementation of the Community Air Protection Program (CAPP) the community-focused program established under AB 617 to more effectively reduce exposure to air pollution and preserve public health.
SACRAMENTO – The California Air Resources Board has reached a settlement agreement with well-known retailer The TJX Companies Inc. for $193,507 for failing to follow a statewide clean-air regulation that limits emissions of formaldehyde, a toxic air contaminant that causes cancer.
