2020 - Assembly Bill 3278 (Patterson, Jim), High-Speed Rail Authority: Passenger Train Service (Dead)

Summary

Would have prohibited any high-speed train service that receives an operating subsidy from using the high-speed train system owned by the High-Speed Rail Authority (HSRA), regardless of whether the service is provided by the Authority directly or provided by a third party pursuant to a lease agreement with the HSRA.  Held on suspense in the Assembly Appropriations Committee.
