CARB holds One-Stop Truck Events that include compliance assistance and information on clean technology options for owners and operators to stay in compliance. These events consist of one-on-one regulatory assistance, financial and loan assistance, enforcement inspection demonstrations, break-out sessions on several topics, industry vendors and local agency booths.

Off-Road Diesel Training Classes

MS504: Regulation for In-Use Off-Road Diesel-Fueled Fleets
This course covers the regulation to reduce emissions from existing off-road diesel vehicles used in California in construction, mining, and other industries. Among other requirements, the Regulation for In-Use Off-Road Diesel-Fueled Fleets (Off-Road Regulation) requires fleet owners to report to CARB, label their off-road vehicles, phase out their older engines, and has restrictions on which vehicles can be added to a fleet. This course provides detailed information to help fleet owners understand and comply with the Off-Road Regulation.

Large Spark-Ignition Forklift Training Classes

MS505: Zero-Emission Forklift Regulation
State and local government fleets with Class IV or Class V large-spark ignition (LSI) forklifts are subject to the Zero-Emission Forklift (ZEF) regulation. LSI forklifts are internal-combustion engines that are powered by gasoline, propane, or natural gas. Class IV LSI forklifts use solid (cushion) tires that operate on smooth indoors surfaces like warehouses. Class V LSI forklifts use pneumatic tires that operate on rough terrain and can be operated indoors or outdoors. This course explains the compliance requirements, which includes annual reporting, and the phase out of LSI forklifts.

DOORS Annual Reporting Webinar
The Regulation for In-Use Off-Road Diesel-Fueled Fleets requires fleet owners to complete annual reporting requirements and submit a Responsible Official Affirmation of Reporting (ROAR) form or e-ROAR by March 1 of each year. Please join us for an informative webinar on the DOORS annual reporting process. The webinar will cover the following topics: Reporting changes to your fleet information, reporting annual hour logs, submitting the e-ROAR and submitting the hard copy ROAR
