Pursuant to title 17, California Code of Regulations, section 95324(a), owners and operators of semiconductor operations must submit an initial greenhouse gas emissions report to the permitting agency (local air district) no later than March 1, 2011. This report must quantify the monthly and annual emissions from semiconductor operations conducted during the 2010 calendar year. Thereafter, owners and operators must submit an annual emissions report to the local air district by March 1^st of each calendar year that quantifies carbon dioxide equivalent emissions occurring in the previous calendar year. 

To assist owners and operators with reporting information specified in title 17, California Code of Regulations, section 95324, CARB staff developed the Semiconductor Operations Reporting Form. However, owners and operators may use the Semiconductor Emissions Estimate Calculator in lieu of the Semiconductor Operations Reporting Form to report emissions. The Semiconductor Emissions Estimate Calculator aids in streamlining compliance, simplifying reporting, and promoting consistency. Owners and operators are ultimately responsible for meeting all the reporting requirements of the regulation.
