This bill expands the groups the California Energy Commission (CEC) must consult as part of ARFVTP workforce development efforts to include California Conservation Corps, local Conservation Corps, California Mobility Center, and California Community Colleges. This bill also incorporates workforce development as a resource CEC must evaluate part of its regular assessment of resources needed to meet State ZEV deployment goals.
