This document contains CARB's summary of three airborne campaigns conducted over California in November 2020, November 2021, and June 2023. These airborne campaigns were designed to map out large localized emissions of methane (plumes) across the State. This report describes results of CARB's efforts to use these data to support methane mitigation.
