California Air Resources Board

A recent court decision requires regulations that implement current SIPs and have a federal waiver or authorization be submitted into the California SIP.  Staff has compiled a list of measures that have either already been granted waivers or authorizations or are anticipated to be granted waivers or authorizations for submittal into the California SIP.

On June 15, 2017 CARB submitted waiver and authorization measures into the California SIP.
