Diesel Particulate Matter Control Measure for Municipality or Utility On-Road Heavy-Duty Diesel-Fueled Vehicles. The Office of Administrative Law approved the rulemaking, filed it with the Secretary of State and the regulation became effective on December 3, 2009.
