On November 21, 2023, the Mariposa County Air Pollution Control District (District) will hold a public hearing to consider adoption of the 2023 Reasonably Available Control Technology State Implementation Plan for the 2015 and 2008 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (2023 RACT SIP). If adopted, the 2023 RACT SIP will be submitted to U.S. EPA as a revision to the California State Implementation Plan.
