On September 7, 2023, the Great Basin Unified Air Pollution Control District (District) held a public hearing and adopted the 2023 Town of Mammoth Lakes PM10 Planning Area Second 10-Year Maintenance Plan (Plan). The Plan was submitted to the CARB on U.S. EPA as a revision to the California State Implementation Plan on October 13, 2023.
