The California Infrastructure SIP is scheduled as a consent item for the Board's September 27, 2018 public meeting. Linked documents are provided for a 30 day review period prior to the Board hearing. The proposed revision to the Infrastructure SIP includes the "Good Neighbor" SIP. That document provides a demonstration that California emissions do not significantly impact the ability of other states to meet or maintain attainment of the 0.070 ppm 8-hour ozone standard.
