The Board approved a revision of the California Infrastructure SIP on December 17, 2015. The revision describes the nature and potential impact that California emissions have on receptors in downwind states. This portion of the Infrastructure SIP is commonly referred to as the Transport SIP or the "Good Neighbor" SIP. This proposed revision to the Infrastructure SIP describes the potential impact California emissions would have on the 0.075 ppm 8-hour ozone NAAQS, the 35 ug/m3 24-hour PM2.5NAAQS, the 12.0 ug/m3 annual PM2.5NAAQS, and the 75 ppb 1-hour SO2NAAQS.
