California Air Resources Board

The Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District recently adopted the 2015 8-Hour Ozone Reasonably Available Control Technology State Implementation Plan Analysis and Federal Negative Declarations (FND) for 19 Control Technique Source Categories (2015 RACT SIP). CARB submitted the 2015 RACT SIP to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) as a revision to the California SIP.
