On August 16, 2007, the Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District (District) Board adopted the 2007 Clean Air Plan which demonstrates continued attainment of the 8-hour ozone standard. The jurisdictional area covered by this plan is the same area that was subject to a Federally-approved maintenance plan for the previous 1-hour ozone standard.
