California Reformulated Gasoline Regulatory Advisory (September 2026)
In response to Governor Newsom's September 28, 2026 letter, CARB has issued a regulatory advisory for the sale or supply of gasoline in California that exceeds the Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) limits in CARB’s gasoline regulations, from September 28 through October 31, 2026.
