Clean Cars 4 All is currently available through five participating air districts, and soon, it will also be available through the statewide Driving Clean Assistance Program (DCAP).
Participants currently living in one of the participating air districts must utilize the district-run program and may only utilize the statewide program for additional services such as low-interest loans. The administrator for DCAP - the Community Housing Development Corporation (CHDC) -- will work with air districts to assist to provide consumers access to these low-interest loans. Visit the participating district or DCAP’s websites for information, including on how to apply.
