Submitted Comment Name John Sutter Affiliation Citizen Subject Variance Request by Schneider Electric Message We are making progress in reducing damage to the ozone layer by requiring the use of hydrofluorocarbon (HFCs) in air-conditioning equipment even though they still contribute to global warming. The California Air Resources Board should not grant the above named applicant a variance as it is not "impossible" to comply with the the requirements of section 95374(c). It might be hard, but I am sure the applicant can find a way to comply with the current standard. File Upload (i.e., Attachments): N/A
