| Webinar - Updates to the Refrigerant Management Program’s Registration and Reporting ToolThe California Air Resources Board (CARB) staff invites you to participate in a public webinar to discuss updates to the Refrigerant Management Program’s (RMP) Refrigerant Registration and Reporting System, known as R3. The purpose of RMP is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) from leaks of stationary refrigeration systems through best maintenance and regular servicing, with R3 being the primary tool for regulated entities to register, report, upload servicing records, and make annual fee payments. This webinar will discuss recent changes to R3 that will affect regulated entities for the 2021 reporting year, due on March 1, 2022. These changes will include:
