| October 20, 2023 | U.S EPA Authorization | The United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) granted CARB’s authorization request for the 2020 At Berth Regulation. The authorization was published in the Federal Register. |
| February 14, 2023 | Interim Evaluation Workshop | CARB staff hosted a virtual public workshop to discuss the findings and recommendations outlined in the Interim Evaluation Report, followed by a question-and-answer session. |
| December 1, 2022 | Interim Evaluation Report | Per section 93130.14(d) of the 2020 At Berth Regulation, CARB staff conducted an interim evaluation for new emission control technologies and applications. CARB staff published their analysis and findings in this report. |
| August 26, 2020 | Staff released a factsheet that briefly describes the Proposed At-Berth Control Measure and recent changes posted on July 10, 2020 (2nd 15-Day Changes). | |
| July 10, 2020 | Staff released a Second Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text and Availability of Additional Documents and Information (Second 15-day changes) in support of the development of the New At-Berth Regulation. Staff's summary of the newly proposed modifications can be found in the second 15-Day Notice. Deadline for public comments is July 27, 2020. | |
