D Todo Trading, Incorporated Case Settles for $6,750
D Todo Trading, Incorporated will pay $6,750.00 in penalties for violating air quality regulations: $6,750.00 will go to the Air Pollution Control Fund, which provides funding for projects and research to improve California's air quality. This settlement was reached in June, 2017.
An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that D Todo Trading, Incorporated failed to bring six of their Transport Refrigeration Units (TRUs) into compliance with the applicable in-use performance standards and failed to properly self-inspect their diesel trucks to assure the trucks met state smoke emission standards. ARB documented violations as they related to the Periodic Smoke Inspection Program (PSIP), and the TRU Airborne Toxic Control Measure. To settle the case, D Todo Trading, Incorporated agreed to the $6,750.00 penalty and to comply with TRU, PSIP, and other ARB programs.
