Public Workshop to Discuss Proposed 2024 Community Air Protection Incentives Guidelines

Please join the California Air Resources Board's (Board) Office of Community Air Protection in March 2024 to share and discuss your comments on the recently published final draft of the Proposed 2024 Community Air Protection Incentives Guidelines (Guidelines). Revisions to the Guidelines include updates to existing chapters, including expanding eligibility consistent with statutory requirements through creation of new subcategories, clarifying existing language, and adding new language to align the Guidelines with the updated Community Air Protection Blueprint 2.0, which was approved by the California Air Resources Board in October 2023 after a public process of its own. Staff also expanded available project category options by adding chapters for new eligible project types.
