Second Concept Phase Question-and-Answer Session: On August 29 via remote access, CARB will host a question-and-answer session for those who wish to apply for funding through Planning and Capacity Building, Clean Mobility in Schools, and the Sustainable Transportation Equity Project. This will be the second of two sessions offered during the Request for Applications (RFA) process in which CARB staff will respond to applicants’ questions regarding eligibility requirements, application components, and the process as a whole. Community-based organizations, local governments (including public school districts), and tribal governments may apply. The RFA process is composed of two phases. Concept Phase applications must be submitted no later than September 8, 2023. Full Phase applications must be submitted by November 3, 2023. Applicants must apply to the Concept Phase in order to be eligible for the Full Phase.
Public Workshop on Fiscal Year 2023-24 Funding Plan for Clean Transportation Incentives: On August 31 via remote access, CARB will host a second public workshop on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 Funding Plan for Clean Transportation Incentives. The Draft FY 2023-24 Funding Plan will include CARB’s proposed investments for the Zero-Emission Vehicle funding package for Low Carbon Transportation Investments as well as Air Quality Improvement Program funds. CARB staff will present information on the program-level appropriations included in the State budget.
