$10,046 in Fines Paid by Westcoast Motorsports

Investigative efforts by Enforcement Division staff discovered that prior to December 2005, Westcoast Motorsports in San Francisco imported, offered for sale and sold in California uncertified off-highway recreational vehicles. Enforcement Division staff worked with Westcoast Motorsports over the last year to sell as many of the uncertified vehicles as possible out of state. In tandem with those mitigation measures, Westcoast Motorsports paid penalties for their violations to Heath and Safety Code Sections. A total of $10,046.00 was collected from Westcoast Motorsports paid to the Air Pollution Control Fund.
