California Air Resources Board

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is pleased to announce the release of a Request for Information (RFI) for the development of a Used Truck Voucher Pilot Concept. The 2022 State Strategy for the State Implementation Plan (SIP) mentions that  incentives will continue to be critical in achieving near- and long-term air quality goals in California. The primary goal for the Used Truck Voucher Pilot Concept would be to accelerate the development of an affordable secondary vehicle market that would provide commercial small fleets with more flexibility. 

CARB invites all interested parties to comment on the development of the concept for a Used Truck Voucher Pilot. CARB requests responses by February 28, 2025 via the public docket linked below.
