Summary

Prohibits, under the Public Records Act, a public agency from publicly posting both the name and assessor parcel number associated with the home address of any elected or appointed official on the internet without first obtaining the written permission of that official. However, the bill does not prohibit a State or local agency from publicly posting a legally required notice or publication of an

elected or appointed official on the internet.

Summary

Would have required the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) to open a new proceeding, or a new phase of an existing proceeding, to consider establishing procurement goals for renewable hydrogen, as defined, and consider requiring each gas corporation and core transport agent to annually procure a proportionate share of renewable hydrogen to meet those goals. The bill would have also required CPUC to make specified findings before establishing renewable hydrogen procurement targets or goals. Held on suspense in the Assembly Appropriations Committee.
