Super 10 Dumps & Parts, Inc. Case Settles for $2,500.00
In November 2013, Super 10 Dumps & Parts, Inc. agreed to pay $2,500.00 in penalties for violating air quality regulations: $1,875.00 will go to the California Air Pollution Control Fund, which provides funding for projects and research to improve California's air quality; $625.00 will go to Peralta Colleges Foundation to fund emission education classes conducted by participating California community colleges, under the California Council for Diesel Education and Technology program.

To settle the case, Super 10 Dumps& Parts, Inc. agreed to the $2,500.00 penalty and to comply with the Periodic Smoke Inspection Program, Statewide Truck and Bus regulation and other CARB programs.
