$27,566 in Fines Paid by Sun L Group Inc.

An investigation by the Mobile Source Enforcement Section determined that Sun L Group Inc. of City of Industry, California, was selling off-highway recreational vehicles (OHRVs), small off road engines (SOREs) and on-highway vehicles prior to being issued an Executive Order by the Air Resources Board (ARB). Subsequently, many OHRV vehicles were sold to California customers over the Internet and through dealers and many were even registered with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Sun L is now in possession of 2007 California Executive Orders for their vehicles. The case was settled for $27,566 on July 15, 2007.
