$2,929.20 in Fines Paid by SF Moto

In July 2009, the ARB reached a settlement with SF Moto (SF Moto) that included $2,929.20 to the California Air Pollution Fund for selling and offering for sale non-California certified off-road recreational vehicles.  An investigation by the ARB showed that SF Moto offered for sale non-California certified off-road recreational vehicles.  The ARB documented the sales of these non-California certified off-road recreational vehicles back in July 2008.  To settle the case, SF Moto agreed to the $2,929.20 penalty.
