Seymour of Sycamore, Inc. Case Settles for $5,000

On May 26, 2009, a case was settled with Seymour of Sycamore, Inc. for Administrative Label Requirements on Generic White Traffic Marker Aerosol Paint.  The Aerosol Coating Product Emissions Regulation specifies that all Aerosol Coatings must clearly display the following information on each product:  the applicable reactivity limit for the product, the aerosol coating category, and a date of manufacturing (or a code indicating such a date).  Seymour of Sycamore, Inc. did not have the reactivity limit or the product category on the label of the Generic White Traffic Marker Aerosol Paint.  Seymour of Sycamore, Inc. paid $5,000 to settle the case.
