Robanda Case Settled in Principal - $1,500

On February 18, 2004, Enforcement Division staff held a teleconference with Robanda International Incorporated. A Notice of Violation had been issued to Robanda for selling, supplying or offering for sale in California approximately 546 units of Jingles Spray and Play Styling Spray that did not comply with the 55 percent volatile organic compound (VOC) limit for hairspray between March 2001 and May 2003. The company agreed in principal to settle the case and a settlement agreement was sent for their signature.
