This Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) describes procedures used by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Community Air Monitoring Branch (CAMB) to operate the ATEC 3454 Toxic Sampler (Sampler) for the collection of a variety of chemical species in ambient air. Sampled chemical species may include, but are not limited to, carbonyls, hexavalent chromium (Cr6+), glycols, total metals (TM), mercaptans, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
