Senate Bill (SB) 92 (Committee on Budget and Fiscal Review, Chapter 26, Statutes of 2017), codified at Health and Safety Code section 39614, directs the California Air Resources Board (CARB) to provide annual updates to the California Legislature on the progress of implementing the Volkswagen (VW) settlement, specifically, Appendices C and D of the 2.0 Liter Partial Consent Decree. This report serves as the third annual update, covering implementation through December 31, 2020.
