The purpose of the Lawn and Garden Quantitative Methodology is to describe how to calculate emissions reductions of criteria air pollutants for the Zero-Emission Lawn and Garden section outlined in Chapter 5 of the CAP Program Guidelines. This document will be available for comment from April 29, 2021, to May 13, 2021. Please submit questions or comments about this document to AB617Incentives@arb.ca.gov.

Once the public comment period has closed, the Lawn and Garden Quantitative Methodology will be available for district use. It later will be incorporated into the existing Quantitative Methodologies to the Community Air Protection Incentives 2019 Guidelines (https://ww2.arb.ca.gov/sites/default/files/2020-05/2019_cap_gl_qm.pdf).
