ISD/PPMB-117 Application for Accreditation of Verifiers of Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) Applications and Reports
This accreditation application is used for prescreening candidates and accredited verifiers that wish to provide LCFS verification services. All applications must be filled out completely and the required documentation must be attached. The form should be completed on a computer, signed, scanned, and returned by email with all supporting documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Within 90 days of receiving your application for accreditation, CARB will notify you in writing that your application is complete or that your application requires additional specific information to be complete. You will be notified if your accreditation is approved or if additional information is required.
