California Air Resources Board

State law requires CARB to adopt procedures to certify and test vapor recovery systems or components for use at gas stations. CARB staff plans to present proposed amendments to these procedures for Board consideration during a public hearing scheduled for December 10-11, 2020.  The Notice of Public Hearing, Initial Statement of Reasons (staff report with proposed amendments), and all subsequent regulatory documents are available on CARB's rulemaking page.
