The Feather River Air Quality Management District adopted and submitted to CARB the 2014 Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) Analysis and Negative Declaration (2014 RACT SIP). CARB submitted the 2014 RACT SIP to the U.S. EPA as a revision to the California SIP.
