For the Environmental Tobacco Smoke (ETS) ToxicAir Contaminant determination, the Air Resources Board and the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment published a comprehensive report on public exposure to ETS and the resulting health effects.

OAL approved the rulemaking and filed it with the Secretary of State on January 9, 2007. The regulation will become effective on February 8, 2007.
