This is CARB's notice of approval for the community emissions reduction program collaboratively created by Bay Area Air Quality Management District convening a community steering committee comprised of Richmond, North Richmond, and San Pablo residents, community-based organizations, businesses, and local government representatives to improve air quality in the Richmond, North Richmond, San Pablo communities.
