On April 3, 2023, the Feather River Air Quality Management District (District) held a public hearing and adopted the 2023 Yuba City-Marysville PM2.5 Second Maintenance Plan (Plan). The Plan was submitted to U.S. EPA as a revision to the California State Implementation Plan on July 10, 2023.
