2018 Updates: In response to court decisions, some elements included in the 8-Hour Ozone Attainment Plan for San Diego County required updates. CARB staff prepared the 2018 Updates to the California State Implementation Plan (2018 SIP Update) to update SIP elements for nonattainment areas throughout the State as needed.  CARB adopted the 2018 SIP Update on October 25, 2018.

CARB adopted the8-Hour Ozone Attainment Plan for San Diego County (Ozone Plan), as a revision to the California SIP. The District adopted the Ozone Plan at a public hearing on December 14, 2016.
