The California Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA) and the California Air Resources Board (CARB) invite you to offer written comments for California’s draft Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP) created under U.S. EPA’s Climate Pollution Reduction Grants (CPRG) Program. At three regional webinars, CalEPA, CARB and several other State agencies discussed California’s draft PCAP. Local governments writing their own PCAPs were also invited to present their work. All Interested stakeholders are invited to submit written comments to help the State best use federal funding opportunities to maximize emissions reductions and bring lasting benefits to all Californians.
