Questions . Are the pathways you write about the pipelines? Are the pipelines that contain these animal products and by-products , plus used oils going to create odors and stench all ove Rodeo( like a sewage treatment plant)? Could airborne bacterial particulants accompany the processing of these animal materials and oils? Also, will there be odors associated with transferring the finished products away and out of the refinery in Rodeo?
