CA Grid Electricity for Smart Electrolysis

Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Sections 38500-38599 (AB 32), I am writing to cordially endorse any and all alternative fuel resources for use by CA asap. We need to focus on implementation of greater fuel alternatives as carbon capture should not be a model we aspire to. As someone who has tried to rely less so on carbon based fuel sources for transportation, travel and commute, we need bigger motions for resources steering away from CO2 and other sources of pollution within the state of CA. I am in support of any and all reduction in these resources as we focus on the longevity of our state and planet.
