$2,000 in Fines Paid by Poor Man's Bronze

An investigation by the Mobile Source Enforcement Section found that Poor Man’s Bronze located in Jackson, California was offering for sell off-road sport vehicles that were not certified by ARB. These vehicles were removed from California and proof of removal was supplied to ARB.  Poor Man’s Bronze, a retail establishment specializing in lawn ornaments, paid $2,000 in penalties to the California Air Pollution Control Fund for violating Health and Safety Code Section 43150 et seq. This settlement was reached in June 2009.
