The California Air Resources Board (CARB) staff held a virtual only workshop focused on ocean-going vessels (OGV) on February 4, 2026, from 1:30 to 4:00 pm PST. This workshop provided an update on CARB's OGV In-Transit rulemaking and community engagement efforts. It also included a presentation by the University of California, Irvine (UCI), on the preliminary findings from the OGV emission control technology assessment report being conducted on CARB’s behalf.
